Beta version

Hello, I'm a complete noob here trying to figure things out. I noticed that my WB5 install is a beta version along with Control center;Icon packager;Tab launchpad;and Window FX. So far I'm only concerned about WB 5 and how to get the latest full released version if there is one. I loaded these through Stardock Central along with most other programs that were available. I own subs to Object Desktop and Wincustomize. Can anyone clear me up on this one way or another. Thanks.

The latest full release of Windowblinds is 5.10. If you are using a beta then the latest is 5.49i. That's the beta for 5.5 which should be a full release soon.

If you don't want to use betas there's a checkbox at the bottom of Stardock central which says "show pre-release versions", just uncheck that and you won't get anymore beta releases.

You really have little to worry about re: Beta versions of WindowBlinds. Rarely are there any problems with them. One of the great features of using Stardock Central is that it will automatically "Archive" (aka: backup) your currently installed version before downloading and installing any updates. IF the new updated version is problematic, you can easily revert to an earlier version that was working for you.
