title bar right click function not working properly

I want to assign "send to bottom" to a right click on the titlebar. I know how to do that, and the function is assigned, but it doesn't work properly. If I do not have WindowFX loaded, the window does go to the bottom. However, if I right click on that window to bring it back to the top, it is selected but remains on the bottom. What I want to happen is for right click to lower the windows stacking order, and for a right click to bring any window to the top. If I do have WindowFX loaded, then right clicking causes the window to completely disappear and I cannot get it back. I have to close the application it belongs to and restart.
