Argh..how can I activate?

Ok, I can sign onto wincustomize with my nickname.  I can go to my registrations and see alll the programs and upgrades i've bought.  I got a new computer and want to put WB's on it.  It tells me the serial number is incorrect. (i am copying and pasting). when i try to sign into stardock, it doesn't recognize my email address.  I have tried everything i know.   I have emailed support twice and still cannot get any help.   What do i do now??????

Are you using stardock caentral?  Is your email that you use to sign in there the same one you used to purchase WB?

If you are not, I'd reccomend it.  You can get it here

Well therein lies the problem. I don't remember WHAT email i was using when i purchased WB............so what do i do then? I can't get in anywhere to update my info

Well, somehow I stumbled on the right place with the link you gave me! I was able to change my email address to my current one and that fixed everything. thanks for your help!!!!
