Help for a noobie..

I just got ObjectDock Plus and I also got https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=11935&libid=29 cylons tabs and sidedocks, but I am unable to install them, i get 3 folders :

CylonTab1
CylonTab2
CylonZoomer

Each folder having a .ini file and a couple of .png files, how can I install them ? please help, sorry if this question has been asked so many times but i cant figure it out, i even tried to do them mannually but i dont think thats the way.. maybe someone can download them and explain to me step by step, excuse me again

The most recent version of Object Dock should have made a couple directories under "My Documents" copy the Folders (folder and all) to My Documents/Object Dock Library/Backgrounds
