ODNT renewal Date...Where to Find in SDC?

can't for the life of me see it...new specs?

I'm sure my ODNT sub is up for renewal sometime soon but cannot find the due date in SDC.

According to my 'Registrations' here in WC it says 23 Jan 2008, but I'm not sure that is correct as I think that one may be the ODNT sub purchased in my name for my wife. I last renewed my own ODNT around a year ago and I'm almost certain it's due any day now, so would someone please advise as to how I locate the correct date in SDC...tia.

**** I'm sure I need stronger specs and a better thinking cap ******

Also, due to the costs of having to move, my ODNT sub may have to temporarily lapse, so when I renew it later on, would it still be counted as a renewal or as a completely new sub at the full price?

I tried logging into FAQ at SDC using my Stardack account details, but kept getting an invalid email/password message....also tried doing a search here for answers but each time there were no results to display.

**** probably my fault again for not asking the right questions ****

Open Stardock Central and click on "Registration Info" bottom right corner. If Object Desktop is not already selected in the left panel under "Register" then select it. Your Registration Information should now appear. You can click on "Update" to refresh the information.

I'm not sure about how long you will have after lapsing from renewing your ODNT subscription if any will be given. You may need to contact [email protected] for that information.

Hope this answers some of your questions.

You can let your subscription lapse for years and still be eligible for the renewal price.

Starkers - I sent you an email regarding your registration information.  I'm not sure about any "cutoff" for renewing, and will verify that for you tomorrow.

I let mine lapse for a couple months last time, and now it doesn't show up in my profile any more. (Not that it matters all that much.)

Thanks for that Hankers. I most definitely need me some new specs....looked high and low before (all over SDC and even lifted the corners of the pages ) but still couldn't see it.....

I've Been putting in some very long days preparing for our big move, so maybe just getting 2 -3 hours sleep a night had something to do with it. Actually, I've not long woken from 40 winks x 2...and it's truly amazing how one's vision improves dramatically without matchsticks propping the eyelids open.

Well that's real nice to know, but they won't be getting me back (as such)....cos according to my updated sub details (Jan 08) I ain't goin' anyplace anytime soon anyhow. It seems they're stuck with me for another year at least.

Yeah, I noticed that, and thank you for the prompt reply. Having (finally) found where to look, the wife and I checked our updated registration details in SDC and it says that we're both current....to Dec 07 and Jan 08 respectively.

I just doubled checked about the "time limit" for renewing subs.  I'm told that there is no limit for renewing.

That's probably because it's not current anymore.

I hope this answers everyones questions!
