Newbie question....

Installing Themes?

Can anyone tell me where I extract my theme files so they work with my computer? Like, in other words, how to install themes?

which kind of 'themes' and do you have the necessary 'theme software' to run them?

Themes from which library? You have to install the proper software to use the themes/skins. The "Desription" area in each library provides the link to software needed.

you need DesktopX the program to run that.

What about this library? Is this a library? If so, what do I need to install to install the link ? https://www.wincustomize.com/Skins.aspx?LibID=31

click the link you provided, then look in the Description Box - there's a link to "DesktopX Themes Website" = where you get the software.

As SuperK pointed out, each page with a 'theme' or 'skin' has a link in the description box to go to get the software needed

What are the libraries? Links?

The library are where the downloads are found. The links are in the Description near the top of the page.

Follow Bichur's link, and you find what you need.

Just look where it says "Gallery Description" and you will see a link to the software needed to load that particular item.

I guess all the same replies should make it easy now.

all of those need DesktopX

If you are coming in at the normal wincustomize.com, then look at the top - you'll see a link to 'software' - it will list the various needed softwares for the various skins, themes, etc.

there's a software tab at the top of both links you provided so far.
