Logon Studio issue

Ok, I'm working on a new logon skin...in the preview in Logon Studio it looks perfect, but when I load it up the image for the bottom panel has been cut in half with the top half now on the bottom. Any idea what's causing this?

Probably wrong sizes given to the Top Panel / Center panel and Bottm Panel (the addition of values you give to each must be the total of the Picture height)

Well, to get the right sizes I copied the Heavy Equipment logon skins bottom and top panel images and then replaced them with my images, and when I had the H.E. images on the skin I tested it to ensure they were the right size and they worked. So image size isn't the issue, and once I get a new network card for my computer (obviously the one I'm using to write this isn't mine) I'll send a copy your way Boss just in case you can figure it out.
