Taskbar not skinning properly with windowblinds

I'm stumped on this one.  It was working good last night then when I got home from work it wasn't.  Anyway I'm using the purchased version.  Any theme I put up that has a so called 3D taskbar appears flat and any of the flat taskbars show up correctly.

The smaller icons on the bottom left have the correct graphic around them but thats it.

I've tried re-installing windowblinds and the GT3 theme without success.

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 5 (5.5 (build 84 x86))

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC

WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC

You have one monitor in total.

(Plug and Play Monitor) 1 is attached to NVIDIA GeForce 7900 GT/GTO

Try grabbing the taskbar and resizing it. Then resize it back to normal.

Same rule applies here as in the screenshot section - wallpapers must be sufficiently obscured to protect the original author's copyright.
