My classes aren't too scary...

:)

This year I'm taking:

Chemistry
Chem Lab
Zoology
Zoo lab
Calculus
English

I haven't gone to any labs yet...the zoo lab starts next week and chem isn't until this Thurs...so I don't know if we're having it or not. Anywho, I've been to the rest and nothing seems overly hard to me from the syllabi. Calculus will be pretty easy since we're only sticking to limits, derivatives, and integrals....of which I've already had contact with and they're not all that complicated. We do have to write about the section that we're studying and turn it in, which is tedious...writing and math aren't supposed to be friends. :P English is fun because our prof is English...and accents make everything more interesting. :) Chem looks to be a bit easier this time around and I think zoo will be about the same as it was last time. I think I'm able to handle this stuff...at least, I'm hoping. :)

It sounds like your schedule is much less strenous than mine.

I have:

The Rise of Modern Feminism
American Military History, 1917-present
Latin American Literature, 19th and 20th centuries
Contemporary (Spanish) Feminist Lit
World History, 1500-present (cakey class)
English (other cakey class)

Ugh. I'm off to English . . . damn night classes.

Feminism, history, and Spanish?...don't see those 3 things together that often.

boo calculus. I've never had it before, so it's like jumping into the ocean to learn how to swim. I'm managing I guess.

I have (because i feel like sharing):

Mechanics of Solids (physics)
Mechanics lab
Calculus 2
Intermediate Spanish 2
Engineering 2
Tap Dance 1
Pep Band

It's fun more or less, but I have NO free time what-so-ever. I heart my Spanish class, fun stuff.

Amen. I took my last math class of my life my first semester in school (way, way back in 2002! Holy crap, I'm old!) and, after leaving with a C+, called the game over. Forget about it. Look at those classes! I'm a "liberal arts" kid all the way.

Only in me, the only Spanish major, History minor feminist on the whole campus.

And I've checked.

The one I'm taking now is...in high school so much crap was shoved down our throats...bleh. I only remember a bit...I'm really good with derivatives, pretty good with limits, and alright with integrals(which are just backward derivatives). I just hope nothing really crazy pops up or I'm screwed...

LOL. Sounds exactly like me. I took Algebra in 1997 (Holy crap, I'M old!), got a C, and called it quits. I managed to graduate w/o taking another math class.

Good luck, Zoo.
