Error uploading to photo album

As a new subscriber, I decided to play around with all the goodies, including the photo albums. But I encountered a problem, I can create albums but can't seem to upload any photos. Instead, I get this. The site keeps loading within itself, eventually leading to IE crashing. Zubaz mentioned it happened for him as well, although on the 2k7 version of the site.

I assume I'm not supposed to be doing anything special to get it working? Besides using IE of course (blah).

Also since I'm here, when trying to preview this post, it was all black where the text is supposed to be.

Thanks. We're having a look as to why. Bear in mind, the uploading currently only works with IE.
