Need Help about Desktop-Skins!

I'm a new user and I got a problem...how do I install new desktop-themes I downloaded from here?

From which library? Each library has a "Description" box near the top of the page. There you will find the link to the program needed to use the stuff you find in that gallery.

To run DesktopX themes, objects, and widgets, you need the DesktopX program.
To use WIndowBlinds skins, you need the WindowBlinds program.
And so on, and so forth.....
