Login screen "CIA" by Poisonman

Poisonman's submission of CIA in the Login category section seems to be missing something since it will not work as a login screen. Can someone either reach out to Poisonman to repair the screen or remove it? Maybe some one else can make it operational?

Hey Jafo, had downloaded it before you removed it, the one removed and the one you linked are both the exact same logon, built around one of BoXXi's logons.
From Theme .ini of both:
[About]
LogonName=Welcome 2
AuthorName=BoXXi
[email protected]
