So JU, How Are You Celebrating New Year's Eve?

Simple enough question.

Spending the evening with family?

Enjoying a few drinks, beer, or champagne?

Going to a party?

Home alone?

As for myself, I am home alone, having a few beers, surfing the net, watching the boob tube (well, it's on but not really paying much attention), and doing some knitting.

We are going to go out for a nice late dinner, then come back home to ring in the new year (maybe listen to music and just enjoy each others company). There is a cool Circus themed bash that's going to happen downtown, but I don't think I'm up for the huge crowds.

Just hanging out with my family, but I will still imbibe. I got a few beverages chillin'. Maybe shoot off some fireworks. Nothing too exciting.

I might fix myself an adult hot chocolate later on. Otherwise Ryan and I are just home alone. And I'm hoping to engage in some other adult activities much like mod myself, because I'm married and I can, dammit! Woot!

Happy New Year to all!

I thought I saw this article before, it disappeared....

But, we're at home, drinking some wine, and sparkling cider and watching fireworks!

Enjoy everyone!

After coming home from church, my wife and I watched the festivities on TV: a Foreigner and Colin James concert from Niagara Falls, Canada. At midnight, I gave her and my son each a hug - no kisses so they wouldn't catch my stomach flu. My 20-year-old daughter was out partying till five and vomiting till eight - I don't miss those days. I'll be seeing my parents at one for a home-cooked Italian meal. Cheers JU - I love ta read ya.

I watched the movie "Shergar"  and then watched the ball drop in NYC. on tv.

Wished my son a wonderful Happy New Year.  Pretty quiet here.

I took the girls to a social with my sister, watched as they raced around for about an hour, took them to the grandparents, and went out dancing with my sister. I drank far too much, got too emotional about a boy, kissed and made up, and continued to dance some more.

While I haven't been throwing up, I feel pretty bad. But I did have a lot of fun.

Getting a damn bug and spending it with son and wife (not the bug, just the evening).  Happy New Year old friend!

For the first time in eons...staying home alone and liking it!!

We rented 5 movies, had Chinese Food and settled in.

So far we've watched 4 movies with one to go.

"Take the Lead" with Antonio Bandaras was really good. Then we saw "Bone Collector" with Denzel and Jolie and that was really good too. I liked the next one which had Richard Gere in it but hubby wasn't as excited. But then again, anything with Richard Gere gets my attention.

Happy New Year Mason!! Hope you have a very enjoyable 2007!

Well, I spent it up all night, on call in the ICU.  In fact, I didn't even notice the time change until I started having to write 1/1/07 on my orders.  Fun times.
