query about AD 2007

Hi,
I recently purchased AD2007 and the accompanying suite. Everything seems to work great, except that when I attempt to add or remove elements in AD, the dialog box is too small or the font size is too large. If you exceed a certain number of elements, when you open the dialog box to remove one or more, several of the elements will not be visible and the dialog box has no scroll bars. Could anyone tell me if I've configured something incorrectly or whether this is an "undocumented feature"?

What's AD 2007 and the suite?

Are you speaking of Object Desktop 2007?

have you noticed the big blue (or whatever color it is) circle placed on upper right corner of "add elements" dialogue?

BX: No, I hadn't. I take it you're suggesting that the blue circle allows you to scroll down the list of items? I'm not running Aquarium Desktop at the moment, but if that is the trick, thanks!
