Suites won't work

Recently I downloaded a suites file and received an error. I then reinstalled theme manager and the error went away. Now when I apply a suite it tells me that windowblinds does not appear to be installed, when in fact I have wb version 5.10 on my system. If I download and apply a windowblinds skin by itself the skin installs. Why does thememanager tell me that windowblinds is not installed?
Do I need to reinstall windowblinds?

are downloading/installing ThemeMgr as a standalone or via SDC?

try installing via SDC (Stardock Central Browser)

I uninstalled and reinstalled theme manager and windowblinds and now both are working fine. Must have been a corrupt file in there somewhere. thanks anyway. Happy new year.
