Restoring IconPackager does not work

I had to rebuild my OS. I am trying to restore from the sdc files, but when I try to restore IconPackager, I ger the following message:

Error: Failed to load "UnZipFile" within sdczip.dll
Result: Installation failed (22)

Any clues?

maybe a bad backup was created?

possibly:

try reinstalling SDC (I believe you can install over itself - it works for getting odzip back)

you should just be able to download and install IP via SDC
