Missing .usi files?

I have been using Windowsblinds for a while now and dowloading skins for it for a while as well and never had a problem until recently now the only way i can apply a skin that i like is by getting it as a .zip file because my computer tells me when i download a .wba file that there seems to be no .usi file and it is on ALL of the .wba files that i download not just a few...What could be the problem here?

what are you using to download with?

usually the 'no uis' message means either a bad download or it really is a zip (usually with other stuff inside).
