I need help with previews not showing in Theme Manager.

Im puzzled. Theme Manager Worked Correctly when I first installed it I click on an item and it shows me what it looks like. Now when I click on an item to see what it looks like , I just get a white box with no picture previews. What can I do to troubleshoot this issue?

I managed to solve this. I had a problem with Windows Scripts. Something took out Script 5.6 I reinstalled this component and all is fine now.
