Limit Hotspot area for a hidden tapped dock

Hi,

I´m relatively new to ObjectDock Plus, so forgive me if I ask something obvious (n00b)

I use ObjectDock with my tablet PC and have created a tabbed dock at the top of the screen that hides itself.
I have two questions:

- is it possible to limit the hotspot area in some way. Now if my pen (or cursor) comes anywhere near the top of the screen, the dock pops out, limiting access to toolbars of running apps. Maybe an option that only a mouseover on one of the taps shows the dock. Or just a mouseover on the (taps of the) dock, shows the dock.
A pen is not as accurate as a mouse, so it is becoming kind of a nuisance
- secondly I find that the docks come (and go) a bit slowly, even with all the settings maxed for performance. Is ObjectDock so resource hungry?

Thanks for any help.

1) Turn the Hotspot off. Dock Settings > Hotspots > select the white arrow, and disable in dropdown list.
2) General > Advanced Options > enable 'second' option. (Only works if "Mouseover activation" is set in Positioning.

Oh yeah, one more thing. Forgive for me for nit-picking, but it's a tabbed dock, not tapped.

Koasati, thanks a lot! This makes life bearable again

And yes, tabbed and tapped are different things. My wrong. Rely to much on the spell checking. Only excuse is that I´m not a native speaker/writer

Thxs again.
