Desktop themes

Hey, I'm new to this stuff and Id like to ask you all a question. I recently downloaded a windows desktop theme and my pc won't accept it as a theme. whats going on. how do i make it work???

You will need DesktopX to run a DX Theme.

If you look at the top right of the gallery, it will tell you what software is required to use. Here is an article that describes the basics of changing your desktop.
