Windowblinds and mutliple accounts in Windows XP

I recently purchased a copy of windowblinds from stardock.com and I was wondering how i could have it skin the gui on a computer with multiple user accounts. Whenever I try to do so I am unable to run it in accounts other than my own.

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 5 (5.1 (build 82 x86))

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC

WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC

You have one monitor in total.

(Default Monitor) 1 is attached to NVIDIA GeForce4 440 Go 64M

it's always worked on my wife's account (admin)
it's supposed to work even on limited accounts

I just tried it by creating a limited account - logged into it. Had to start WB via SDC (no systray and not in appearance tab)- once running, picked a skin and it set - logged out, logged in = skin up at startup.

rebooted - logged in = skin up at startup and now WB shows in systray and appearance tab

You might find a solution following my saga https://forums.wincustomize.com/?forumid=167&aid=91777 although I'm not completely sure what fixed it.
