Making/Customizing Widgets?

Ok, I know how to open and edit WB skins, media player skins, logon skins etc etc but how do I go about opening a widget in a program and editing it? Is it even possible?

switch to builder mode, right click on it

i right click on the widget? cos that only gives me 3 options "Close" "About" and "Properties"

my bad... got in a hurry

switch to dtx builder mode
right click builder systray icon = configure builder
import a widget
then right click on it
