Close Windows Bar

You didn't specify which program and I have to assume your referring to the Taskbar. In Object Dock, Object Bar, Right Click and DX there is a check box somewhere in the Configuration Window to "Hide Windows Taskbar"

If that's not what your asking you'll need to explain more.
