help please

i downloaded some icons but i dont know how to make them the shortcut instead of the old ones... i got a cod2 one so how can i make that my cod2 shortcut?

Right click the existing icon, and select Dock Entry Properties. Use the Change Image button to set your new icon for the shortcut.
