OD+ 1.5 no longer stays on top!

I have noticed that my docks (all of which are Always on Top) aren't Always on Top any more after the 1.5 upgrade. A lot of times they get shuffled to behind the MS Office applications. Anyone else have that?

I have 1 tabbed dock, 1 running tasks dock, and 3 autohiding docks.
