theme messing up

every i install on the start menu it says unable to load bitmap images and also bits are create the task bar stays grey and on the all programs have of it is the theme an half is grey im new to this so could some one please help me thanks matt

Can you please post the system info from WindowBlinds? (open WB and click the system information on the left panel, paste it here)
What skin are you using?

i am using the vista version 2 and the system information is :

yep - it's really, really out of date (not mentioning I can't find a match to it in any of my 'valid' files lists - but I have seen it somewhere.)
