Post the skin name (and link) and the system information from the WB config.

More information is better than less when you need help.

sorry about that. The skin is GT3. (although I have the same problem with others) here is the link: https://www.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SID=1&SkinID=4617&LibID=1 and I'm not sure how to check the WB config.

Open the WB config
If using 5.5, click on "View my system information"
If 5.1, click on "System Information"
Both are on the left panel

It looks like you are running 4.6 (no system info).
The current version in 5.5.
An upgrade might help.

5.5 (unless it's been released) is 5.49 beta - the beta is available if you are an Object Desktop (full package) subscriber {unless they have changed}

Depending on when you purchased WB you may be entitled to move up to 5 or 5.1

To find out, either:

use Stardock Central {register WB in the tools options & if not an Object Desktop subscriber, uncheck show prerelease down at the bottom}

or

enter your email here to be sent a link to the latest version to which you are entitled.

"open WB configuration" is the same as opening WB by either the start, display properties or right clicking the systray icon - config is also where you apply skins, change settings, etc
