Strange, I don't see any such update. In any case, it's mostly likely another minor tweak for DA compatibility over .061 at most, so it should have no effect on vanilla GC2 games.

Just double checked. It's 1.4.61. I confused 53 and 61.

Is there a changelog on that?

There's no changelog for .061, since it's just compatibility stuff for the DA beta. There's no actual gameplay difference, just internal stuff.
