No task bar on some skins

Some skins will not show the icons next to the clock on the bottom right hand corner. Is this just a setting on my machine? The preview looks great but after I download the skin it doesn't show. Everything works fine but I can't access some applications from the task bar! Help!!

Could you show a screenshot & indicate which skins are displaying this behavior? Also, go to WB Config's System Information window, copy the contents (be sure to click in the text area of the window contents & scroll down to see if lines are there but not showing) and paste the contents in a reply here.
