Aston Compatability Issue

So everything works fine except for the main menu on the windows start bar. Some skins work fine and some don't. My big question is,

Is there any way to turn off the modification of the windows main menu by Windowblinds?

If I turn it off in Aston the start bar just goes away which happens since Aston is a shell. Windowblinds is just a modification.
