Strange interaction between certain skins and Total Commander

When I have certain skins loaded (5imple Alpha, Anion, ClearXP, Logika 2007 to name a few) I experience the following behavior:

1. Launch Total Commander

2. Select some files

3. Launch the Multi-Rename Tool (Ctrl+M)

4. Rename the files.

5. Click 'Close' to dismiss the dialog.

Result - Total Commander is sent to the background.

Expected Result - Total Commander should remain in the foreground.
