problem with shortcut to outlook

open a new outlook everytime

hello,
i was trying to create an outlook shortcut. so if outlook is closed it opens it which is good. but when outlook is open, (runs in the system tray) instead of opening it the shortcut opens a new copy of outlook.

please help let me know how to create a shortcut which will reopen outlook if its open.

Open ObjectDock Properties > General > Advanced Options. Enable the first option "When shortcut is run, if program is already running bring it to the foreground only"

thank you. the problem is that it is a sysStats which present the number of new emails and i want to click on it to open outlook. so it's not a real shortcut.
although it didnt work for a normal shortcut if outlook is in the system tray it opens a new one aswell.
