Need help with components

from Stardock Forums

I just downloaded the upgrade from a single component option. I already had WindowBlinds as a stand alone. After downloading and activating Object Desktop, WindowBlinds is the only component shown. How do I get the other components that were supposed to come with OD? I tried installing manually, but I don't have serial numbers for the individual components - I though it would be tied to the OD purchase.

Any help would be appreciated.

How did you activate, did you download and install Stardock Central and register Object Desktop in it.

I downloaded directly from the link in the order confirmation e-mail. OD and Stardock Central both show up in my Programs folder, but WindowBlinds is the component shown.

The download link is for Stardock Central, install/open it, from menu bar Tools, Register products, enter email and serial number for Object Desktop and register.
Stardock Central is the download and install manager for Object Desktop.

Once registered you will be able to select Object Desktop in the left hand panel of Stardock Central and all OD apps will be listed ready to be downloaded and installed.

Thank you for the help.

I did as you recommended, but when I install and try to run the apps it askes for the product serial number. I wasn't given a serial number for the individual apps. I only have the serial number of OD. Where do I get the serial numbers from?

That's all you need. In Stardock Central, go to Tools > Register Products > Select Object Desktop Subscription in the dropdown list > enter your email, and Serial number for ODNT > click the Update/Register button.

Once you register the serial number for OD via Stardock central, none of the apps that are part of OD will ask for a serial.
From Tools, Register Products does OD show as registered as in showing expire date.
