Submitting Issues

I have a reat vista-like Bbackground for ObjectDock and it wont submit!!!
I Have it in a zip file. there are no subfolders or any other foreign documents. When i click my skins after submitting it it says pending or waiting to be reviewed or something. The next day it says no skins!!

Is it called Black Glass, it shows on your My Skins page as Awaiting Moderation.
