Help: Have you seen this theme?

I recently have come accross this screen shot, and have been madly searching for this theme with little success. I really like the whole theme, everything from the taskbar, to the background, to the date and music playing at the bottom. So if anyone could help me out here it would be greatly appreciated! Even just the background would be nice...

you do realize a 'theme' on a screen shot may not exist except maybe on the uploader's system?
