morale versus approval

Morale is planetary wide and approval is the weighted average of those values. I think.

Basically Approval gives you an average number but in order to see your range you need to know the morales of each planet. Its very probably you'll have a few planets above your approval level and below. As your planet increases in population morale falls. You need entertainment facilities to boost approval, otherwise if those number continue to fall you could loose a planet to another civ via influence.
