Having "just bought" it, those file dates are rather old and don't match the current version of WB. What was your source for purchase?

Try these steps:

Go to WindowBlinds Configuration & select Windows Classic as your skin, then Apply This Skin Now - this unloads WB.
Uninstall WindowBlinds and REBOOT.
Download Stardock Central if you don't have it already.
Open Stardock Central & input your WB registration data.
Be sure to check Show Beta Releases on the Object Desktop page of SDC.
Install the current version of WB from the Object Desktop page and REBOOT.
Go to WindowBlinds Configuration, select & apply a skin - see if that fixes it.

Uninstall everything.
Download Stardock Central (https://www.stardock.com/products/sdcentral/">Link)and register
Install WB from there. Corky's tutorial

EDIT: Zubaz is too slow.

One suggestion - don't check it yet

Get the latest released version installed, then post that system info

if all's well, then check show pre release - set SDC to autoarchive then download and install the beta.

that way you'll have an easy backup of the released version if the beta doesn't work out for you
