Bittorrent, the one wonder solution

Is this a purchased version of WindowBlinds we are talking about?
Post your WindowBlinds system information here...

I get that problem a lot too lately. I press on the start button, and nothing really shows up, but if I hover my mouse over where the start menu is supposed to be, the buttons and stuff show up. *shrug* Usually I just keep clicking on it, then click on another window, then try again and it'll work. Then again my system could be hosed because I never formatted after installing a bunch of new hardware and junk (ODNT paid version btw).

Open the WindowBlinds Configuration screen and click on System Information. Copy the information screen that comes up and paste the info here.

Wblind.dll and Wbsrv.dll do not match the dates that myself and another (Hankers) has.

You may need to un-install/reboot/re-install to fix the mix-up with dates. No need to archive since the dates don't match in the first place. It's strange because you clearly updated as shown with Wbconfig, but the others didn't.

Not sure on the menu errors, is this a graphics intensive WB, that could be the drawing lag.

the 2006/10/10(and 09) dates coincide with 5.10.009

but the 2006/07/14 dates are 5.01(g)/(h)

do you use autoarchive when updating?

I set mine that way a couple a years ago, seems to work better for me - seems when I didn't have it set, it only updated part of the program(s) - whereas on autoarchive, it archives, uninstalls and downloads/installs the whole program = i don't end up with mixed files

I've never really messed with the settings in SDC so I doubt it's archiving. Guess I'll have to mess with that.

Your account does not reflect the purchase.  Try cross referencing with the email account you used to purchase the WB proggy.

If you used a torrent ver at some stage it has likely been a messy uninstall which has corrupted the bought one.  Hacks/cracks are good at that.
