Judge Robert W. Armstrong, a CA Superior court judge let Alexis Luz Garcia, a 40 year old Corona resident off the hook for stripping in front of a 14 year old boy.

This judge believe it or not, thinkes exposing nudity to your childeren is only unlawful if your male. In other words, according to Judge Armstrong, its not unlawful for any female to undress in the presence of your underaged children. However, it is unlawful to do these things if you are a man exposing yourself to the same children...at least in Carona.

Prosecutor Alison N. Norton said the decision to throw out the case will be appealed because another section of state law says that "words used in the masculine gender include the feminine and neuter."

It seems as Garcia decided to use her naked body as a weapon when she tried to scare off a 14 year old boy because he was playing to loud near her home. Furthermore, Garcia claims that she intends on exposing herself each and every time this young boy makes too much noise for her liking.

Chalk another one up for the sisterhood.

If the 14 year old boy is still playing load music each time Ms. Garcia strips, then she is positively reinforcing his bad behavior. As this 14 year old boy is reaching maturaity he may be curious about a womans body or finds her reactions plain amuzing. Ms. Garcia should find another way for dealing with the boys disruptive behavior.

Want to talk about a self-destructive policy. How DARE you kids make too much noise. You tell all your friends that if kids make too much noise around here I'll flash my boobs at them...

The next day 200 adolescent boys show up with garbage can lids and party rattles.

I would say "and she also votes", but being a judge she probably negates a lot of legal votes.  ANd this is who the democrats want to run this country?  The Judges??!?!?!?!!?!?

I dont really follow politics all that much Doc, but is this true? The Democrats want Judges to run the country? Isnt that contradictory to the founding fathers intentions when they created three and separate branches of government to keep each in check?

Democrats have never had the majority necessary to pass the laws they want, so they rely on activist judges to do their dirty work.  The most glaring example of this is Roe v. Wade.  We have never been allowed to vote on it.  I would direct any nay sayers on this subject to the writings of Ruth Ginsberg and show me how they are based in US law and the constitution.  Yet she can craw opinions that have the same effect as a majority vote of the citizenry, yet the citizens never voted on it.
