Loading Desktop Theme with WindowBlinds?

Is it possible to load a personalized theme of a WindowBlinds Skin with Windows? After loading a skin and customizing it to my liking, I am having difficulty getting the theme to load when Windows starts up. WindowBlinds loads with my chosen skin, but I have to go to Desktop Themes and manually load my customizations every time windows starts. Is there an easier way to have WindowBlinds load any personalizations to a particular skin?
