What is a Skin Referral?

What is a referral or a sit referral?  And is there any way I can view where and/or who they're being referred to?

a site referral is when another site or search engine leads back to your paticular work. Say you submit a wallpaper called "soft blue" and someone googles "soft blue backgrounds" your site is listed as one of the search results, and if selected that would give you a referral. If you click on the referrals button it will take you to the page with all the referral links, click on one of those and you can track where it came from....i hope that makes sense
