taskbar is ignored by maximised windows (if on top of screen)

Hi.

Windows taskbar on my computer is located ot TOP side of the screen.

Problem appeares after hibernation and then resuming my computer.

The problem is:
If i maximise any window (new one or already opened) titlebar of that window goes UNDER windows taskbar.
It looks like window doesn't mention if taskbar is there or not.

Problem disappeares if i unload windowsblinds and appeares again if i load it.

The only way to fix the problem for me now is to reboot my notebook.

I am running windowsblinds on windows xp sp2
notebook compaq evo 620c (ati mobility radeon 7500)

PS: described problem does not appeare if windows taskbar is located at the BOTTOM side of the screen.

Right Click on the taskbar. Select properties. Please ensure that in the Taskbar appearance group that - Keep the taskbar on top of other windows - is checked.

if it's going under, would not the taskbar already be set to be always on top?

all skins? or skins with transparent title bars?

Well... I suppose i have tested only skins without transparency like
DogmaX4
5Simple Alpha
Fresco
Brushed Panther

The first 3 of them comes with WindowsBlinds installation (as far as i remember)

I haven't experienced this problem. It's not often I have my taskbar at the top of the screen. But from time to time I do place it there and the top of open windows stops just below the taskbar. The same at the bottom. Do you use other tyoes of Desktop modification software with Window Blinds?

I just tested those Blinds on my system with the taskbar at the top of the screen and selected keep the taskbar on top of other windows property selected and everything works fine. It must have something to do with hibernation on your machine not restoring things properly.
