OD 1.3 stops working after Trend Micro Internet Security 2007 install

I recently upgraded my TrendMicro Internet Security software.  I was running 2005 version and I have been using ObjectDock 1.3 with no problems.  My subsription to TrendMicro ran out and when I updated it I downloaded the 2007 version.  After installing the 2007 version my system was taking forever to boot.  I checked the Task Manager and nothing was running the CPU but the system was painfully slow.  I uninstalled TrendMicro and it worked fine.  I thne re-installed TrendMicro and it ran slow.  I uninstalled Object Dock and it now works fine with TrendMicro installed.  I tried re-installing ObjectDock and it installed but I cannot see the dock.  Have you heard of any problems with TrendMicro Internet Security 2007 and Object Dock?  When I installed ObjectDock, TrendMicro asked me if I wanted to allow it to access the Internet and I said yes.
