skinning problems

Hi, im having a problem with parts of some of my skins not skinning corectly. For example some of my skins taskbar tabs look like this along with other parts of some skins having similar skinning problems.

 

Another is certain scroll bar arrows looking like this    

I have about 70 skins and i would say about 10 or so do this. There all updated as far as i know, so i thought it might be a problem with my window blinds application. I unloaded, uninstalled, reinstalled window blinds then downloaded the skins again and still have the same problem. Is there something i can do to fix this or what? Its so frustrating  .

Open WB configuration, click system information on the left & copy/paste to here all the info that shows up

I see no borking of the files - are your graphics drivers up to date?

if not, you try updating.
