30fingers30toes Update

I have been working over the last week to learn how to embed windows media files in a web page. I was able to get the player in there but couldn't ever get the media to connect. Last night I finally did it!

Check out 30fingers30toes.com Link for video of our little ones.

My wife is doing fine and all of the babies are ok. They are growing symmetrically and that is a good sign. This was the BIG ultrasound. It took nearly two hours to complete with a small break in there. The good news is there wasn't anything that they felt they needed to check further.

We saw three little 4 chambered hearts and all of the other vital developments. I think my wife will probably be put on bed rest within a couple of weeks and then some time in November will go into the hospital. We are hoping to deliver the babies some time in late December. January would be better but my wife is so small I just don't see how she is going to be able to hold on till 32 weeks.

I couldn't be happier.

It shows in your pride and in the writing! January (if she lasts) will be here quicker than you can count!

Congratulations again! Triplets are just so exciting. Hope all goes smoothly. Your poor wife. I can't imagine having three babies kicking you.

Congrats. Here's hoping she can hold those little ones in there as long as possible.

You're having 2 boys and 1 girl? Is that right?

That is no lie. We had moved to seeing the OB every three weeks and now we are back to two. Pretty soon it will be every day.

They don't only kick her they kick each other too. When one wakes up they all wake up!

That's what I thought! We found out in the last ultrasound that it is going to be two girls and a boy. It's ok though. I would have prefered to have just one daddies girl but I can live with two. Now I'm going to have to figure out how to make them both tomboys.

I thought of you today while watching A Baby Story: Multiples today on TLC. They are going to give you a ton of smiles and dark circles under your eyes I'll pray for you that they are all healthy, good eaters and good sleepers.

Best wishes.

I am sure we will be very busy. We do have an advantage (at least I think so). They will be in the NICU for about a month. The hospital we have chosen is very schedule oriented. I hope this helps the babies get into their routine. The NICU is eagerly waiting on us. After they admit my wife to the hospital for observation they are going to begin trying to keep three beds close together for us.

We are so lucky to have a selection of places to go. It seems like it is so close but so very far away. I have so much planned between now and then at work trying to close out the year that I am sure it will creep up so fast. I just can't wait to love em and squeeze em.

Thank you for your prayers.

Thank you so very much! This is my first attempt at a website that borrows no code or design from anyone else. I am learning and that sort of compliment just might give me a big head.

Ooh, how exciting!  2 little chickies and one little dude!

I'm going to cast on their beanies this afternoon, and I'm going to make them preemie size (I'll make them bigger ones later), and I'm also going to try to put the initial of their first name on the front of each hat.  Tabitha, Chloe and Parrish, right?  Those are some very cool names, btw.  Not too common, either, especially your son's name.  Are you getting used to saying that, btw?  'My son' or 'my daughters'?

I'm sending as much positive energy as I possibly can in your direction; you and your wife are going to be awesome parents!

P.S.  can you please send your mailing address to my gmail account? It's [email protected] in case you don't have it....
