Windows Blinds 5.1 buggered or bugged?

Hi Guys,
Like so many people I am fed up with the crappy look of XP, esp since I have been BETA testing Vista! Coming back to XP MCE is a bit of a let down, so tonight I decided to install the ALL NEW version of Window Blinds (5.1)
After installation, no skins other than the default MS ones worked, i just got coloured bars, all looked like Win 98
YUK!!!
After a couple of hours of messing I wanted to UNINSTALL, and was told that the program could not find the UNINSTALL.LOG - Not Good for a trial version of software to be so buggy hey?
After searching on here for a while I found the Zapper program that oh, so many before me have had to use.
Anyways, my questions are only 2, and I will keep them short
1. Is Window Blinds supposed to work on Windows MCE 2005?
2. Why wont the program perform a proper uninstall? After searching the net, it seems that this has been an ongoing issue with your program.
