Themes Won't Apply

Hi,

I recently downloaded a trial version of WindowBlinds 5.1 and I can't apply any themes. I've tried some of the built-in themes, plus one I downloaded. The colours of title bars, the size of control buttons on the title bars and the size of icons in the system tray change, but the theme isn't fully applied.

After selecting a theme and applying it, the title bar of the WindowBlinds Configuration utility disappears. While the theme is being applied, the "Screen.exe" runs over the top of my desktop with the new theme's appearance in place.

Also, I don't have a tray icon for WindowBlinds.

Here's the output of selecting 'System Information' from the WindowBlinds Configuration utility:

WindowBlinds 5.1 System Information Report:

STATUS : WB+ SRV+ HLP+ UI+ TRAY+

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC.

Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.

Any help on this matter would be appreciated.

Sorry to clog this up, but I just thought I'd specify:

Regarding recently downloaded, recently is today.

I've restarted my computer and I still don't see a tray icon (which seems to be an indicator that themes will be applied). This is my first experience with WindowBlinds.

Some of your dates and times don't match the ones shown in system info for 5.1 when I open WB config.

these 2 in particular:
Wbui.dll 2005/11/26 19:09:25
Tray.dll 2006/04/28 19:27:49

one's a month behind
the other is ahead of what I show

I've been running paid version for 3 yrs

In WindowBlinds Config > User Overrides > Advanced Settings > "Show icon in the system tray"

Checking/unchecking "Show icon in the system tray", and even closing WindowBlinds afterwards had no effect.

I'm using Windows XP SP2.

after checking to show icon, did you restart or log out/in?
