window blinds only changes color scheme

as the title leads you to believe, windowblinds is only changing the color scheme of windows and there are no graphics.
this is a purchased version of windowblinds 4 that i got back in the day. i started using it on my new computer and it doesnt work. im running windows xp professional 64x edition. by chance does windowblinds 4 not work with 64 bit?

I think you need version 4.96 for that. Go here and enter your email address (the one you used when purchasing), and you'll get an email with the download link to the latest version of WB4.x.
