Annoyance when clicking on a window's title bar

I'm enjoying windowblinds, but I am being driven insane by an issue when I click on a window's title bar. It's happening on any skin that turns windows transparent when I move them.
If a window does not have focus, and I click its title bar to bring it to the front, the window goes transparent and un-typeable until I click the title bar again and drag the window a bit.
Is this a known issue? Any fixes or suggestions (other than "don't click on the title bar")?
