Multiple game submissions.

Can you start a Metaverse game, save before turn 1, and play through until completion then save the EndGameSave as something else then open the same game again CTRL N play through until completion and still be able to submit both game for two seperate scores to the Meta?

Reason for asking. I am about to take a trip for a month or so where I will not be able to connect to the internet. If the above could be done it would be alot easier than having a to start and save a bunch of games to play later. I already have a few just incase this won't work though.

Don't think so FC - I'm fairly sure you can only get one submission from each start point.

No doubt the wise one (Kryo) will confirm or deny this as appropriate.

Each game is given a unique game id from the metaverse when you start it. Just gotta stock up as you head out to sea

CTRL+N generates a new game with a new ID.  So yes, you can save a bunch of them and submit them when you get back.

The game gets some kind of unique ID when you start it. Doesn't matter how or where you restart it, once it's posted, it's posted. However, the Metaverse will let you update a posted game one time. So, you can play a game, submit it, replay it from an old save, and submit it again. Metaverse will update that particular game. Though, only once. Don't know if that's intended or not, but the Metaverse does let you do it.

Ya'll must have been reading my mind - I had this question in mind for my first post/question. But, a followup - if you restart a game from a save, do you get penalized when it is submitted? Example - I start a game, save it immediately and get off to a really ugly start. If I restart it and later submit the results, does my restart hurt my score?

Thanks

Can you let a game finish, look at your score and decide not to submit ? (then reload & play more)

I've always been afraid to do this, as getting a cheater flag would suck...

Yes. The submission pormpt comes up after the game summary screen.
